Job Description

Design Manager (Bespoke Products) £40,000 - £50,000 (Year 1 OTE £60,000 - £80,000) + Monday-Friday + Days-based + Hybrid + Training + Progression + Overtime + Company Bonus + Company BenefitsLondon (Hybrid / Remote- Nationwide)Are you a Design Manager from a Bespoke background looking for an exciting and varied role offering training with the chance of progression within a friendly team at a growing company who offer uncapped commission to increase your earnings and the opportunityto become a product specialistThis company are aiming to become the UK leading business in wellness product design and specialize within the commercial and residential industry. Due to continual growth they are looking for a new sales project manager to join their team and make the roletheir own.In this autonomous role you will be managing both the sales and design pipeline from start to finish as well as helping the project management of the installation of bespoke saunas, steam rooms, and other products. You will work from home on a Monday - Fridayshift pattern of 09:00am - 17:30pm with occasional site visits around the country.This exciting role would suit a Design Manager or similar from a Bespoke background looking to develop their career within a tight-knit ambitious company who offer progression as they develop as well as flexible overtime and commission to increase earnings.The Role:

  • Undertake project work overseeing the design and installation of Bespoke Products
  • Manage customer calls and emails
  • Work from home with nationwide site visits
  • Uncapped commission- % of Profit on all Projects
The Person:
  • Project and Design experience - AutoCAD proficient
  • Bespoke Background
  • Looking for a remote role with occasional travel
  • Full Driving License
