Design Engineer - Civil / Marine / Structural / Offshore Engineering - LondonLeading Engineering Company - Specialist engineers to the energy & marine sector - seek experienced sales engineer with good knowledge of the installation contractors in UK for heavy civil engineering/ marine/ offshore/ near-shore.

  • You will be a graduate engineer with talent for design
  • Advantage to have any background/ knowledge in any of Offshore/ Renewables/ Civil / Structural / Naval / Mechanical engineer
  • And with a very good creative mix of design engineering abilities.
THE COMPANY:Specialists in Nearshore, Marine and Offshore equipment design and build -offshore wind, tidal, wave, marine, O&G.Projects include design & build of equipment required for large scale T&I of offshore wind turbines - MWS, stress, FE, loads modelling, sea fastening, HLIV, pile grippers. A fast-growing, innovative and exciting company to work for, that offer excellentchances for technical and personal developmentThe RoleDesign Engineer role for Civil / Structural / Naval / Mechanical engineer with heavy civils background - Ideally with some experience in Marine / Offshore / Near shore eg T&I, Barges,NB: please note it is an advantage to have experience in civil / structural/ mechanical engineering experience for offshore/ marine environments.ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
  • Marine/ Mechanical / Structural / Civil Engineering degree or similar
  • Design Engineering for any of: Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Marine / Offshore Environment.
An advantage to have any of the following:
  • Any Heavy Civil/ Marine / Nearshore/ Offshore engineering experience
  • Nearshore / Marine sales engineering experience eg Barges
  • Offshore Energy Transportation & Installation (O&G/ wind turbine T&I)
  • Equipment used in installation/ transportation/ lifting of large heavy Steel Structures (eg Jackets / Monopiles)
