Job Purpose StatementDesire to work as a dynamic team member to provide holistic support for Data in Motion systems supporting our global processing of data via file transfer, messaging, APIs and streaming solutions. The position will work with US, UK, and India resources to partnerwith the business to gather requirements and develop/support solutions to meet their needs. The role will evolve, and you will learn new services and capabilities to grow as a technical resource. Role ResponsibilitiesHow youll spend your time....

• To provide solutions to business problems via technical patterns that solves the business need
• Consider architecture roadmap, supported patterns, and balance the business need to create supportable solutions
• Own solutioning for assigned services for the entire lifecycle of the solution
• The team owns the end-to-end solutions for our customers globally
• Resources will support and follow the sun model using an Agile process

The role will provide support across the following technologies:

• Manage file transfer using IBM Sterling products
• Messaging using IBM MQ, ACE and RDQM
• API WS/Rest using IBM DataPower
• Streaming via Kafka type systems
• Code creation via Python

Key CapabilitiesTo be successful in this role you will have....

• Experience in one or more of these systems (5+ years):
  • Sterling Integrator that supports MFT
  • Message Queue (MQ), RDQM and Application Connect Enterprise
  • DataPower supporting Webservice and RestAPI
  • Streaming via Kafka solutions
• Understanding of ITIL processes. ServiceNow is a plus
• Shown ability to work as teams across locations to support follow the sun model of work.
• Knowledge of Python and ability to do script coding to support automation activities.
• Desire to learn and grow technically
• Development background is a must
• Thought leadership and a willingness to learn are keys to be successful on the team
