MLC Partners are delighted to be supporting an international healthcare organisation in the appointment of a Deputy Finance Director - Strategy. This is a critical role for the organisation and will play a significant role in providing financial leadershipand supporting key strategic priorities and projects, provide financial support and assurance to a newly established Executive team and across the wider organisation.Reporting into the Director, this role will also be responsible for the maintenance and development of the organisations longer term financial model and providing assurance to the Board. The post holder will provide leadership to a high performing team anddeputise for the Director of Finance when required. Having experience of working with strategic partners and external bodies will be important, as will understanding best-practice investment appraisal.We are seeking a qualified accountant who can lead a high performing and motivated team. This would be a great opportunity for an individual currently working in the wider public or not-for-profit sectors, as well as those looking to make their first movefrom a consultancy firm.
