Your opportunityBI and Integration Services are expanding to cover new countries and services within the North and South Europe firm.We need an enthusiastic and organised Delivery Management Administrator to support our Delivery Manager and our onshore and offshore development teams as we work on multiple projects and a strategic programme of work aligned to global delivery programmes. Your roleWill be a mixture of Finance Administration such as: •Administration of Supplier Statements of Work and Purchase Orders •Administration for Licence costs and budgets •Project and Supplier budget updates and reconciliations •Inter-country recharges and reconciliations And Project/Delivery Administration such as: •Onboarding admin for new hires and 3rd parties •Coordination of Impact Assessments/estimates for new projects •Set up new Project codes and reviews of time coded •Administration/monitoring of release and outage schedules across our applications and Global/NSE applications and platforms •Monitoring & Reporting on development and testing statuses for upcoming releases Your work, your choiceAt Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk. This role could be primarily home-based if that suits your circumstances better although we would want to see you face to face with the rest of the team in Milton Keynes on a regular basis once things are back to normal. Work pattern: This is a permanent part-time opportunity at the equivalent of three days a week but tell us what working pattern will suit you best over the week and we will try to accommodate. Your professional experience Essential Skills •Organised and logical •Comfortable working with numbers •Ability to carry out reconciliations •Able to investigate, understand and document administration processes for own use and use by the wider team •Able to manage and prioritise several areas of work at any one time •Use of Microsoft Excel Desirable •Previous experience in an administration role •Previous experience within a Finance team •Previous experience within a large Programme Management Office Your service line: Enabling Functions At Deloitte, were all about making an impact that matters, together.
