Job Description

Delivery Lead About Sprint Reply: Sprint Reply is the Reply Group company specialised in Intelligent Process Automation.Our mission is to create automation platforms capable of solving concrete business problems, supporting our customers in the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterpriseand the adoption of a scalable and efficient Digital Workforce. In Sprint Reply we combine an execution-oriented engineering approach with strong experiences on 4 technology families, Robotic Process Automation, Computer Vision & ICR, AI & Machine Learningand Process Mining, dedicating constant attention to R&D on various Artificial Intelligence issues. Role overview: As a Delivery Lead, youllcoordinate internal resources and external vendors, ensuring that every project is seamlessly executed. This entails not only the meticulous orchestration of tasks and resources but also the proactive management of project timelines,ensuring every deliverable is met within its designated scope and budgetary constraints. Additionally, building and maintaining strong, fruitful relationships with external partners and vendors is paramount to ensure that the collaborative efforts align withSprint Replys vision and objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Project Monitoring & Reporting: A critical aspect of the Delivery Managers duties revolves around diligent project monitoring and comprehensive reporting.
  • Ensureall stakeholders are consistently aligned and informed, the maintenance of thorough project documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project is essential
  • Embody the principles of Agile and Scrum for guiding teams through the nuances of these methodologies. This encapsulates everything from providing direction on the broader Agile principles to the granular facilitation of key Scrum events such as daily stand-upsand sprint planning.
  • Championcontinuous improvement in a rapidly evolving environment
About you:
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of leading cross functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in handling complex technical challenges
  • Good understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to learn new things quickly
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work from our Sheffield office on a hybrid base
