Job Description

Our client, a global leading Investment Banking Boutique has an exciting opportunity for an VP/Director to join their highly specialised Capital Advisory team in their London Office. The growing team is responsible for advising clients on capital structuresolutions, including the arranging of event driven situations, acquisitions, refinancings, stressed and distressed situations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support origination, and leading execution of debt advisory mandates
  • Conduct analysis of company financial and operational performance, capital structure, legal documentation, and value
  • Work alongside the M&A advisory teams
  • Lead with day-to-day management of transaction processes, including the preparation of information packs, management presentations, pitch books and client communications.
  • Contribute toclient engagement to help drive the teams revenue
  • Guide, support and act as quality control for morejunior members in the team
Requirements:
  • 6+ years experience at a leading investment bank or other advisory firm commensurate within debt advisory, credit or leveraged finance
  • Demonstrate track recor of completed deals
  • Ability to synthesise and interpret data, and present it in a clear, concise and logical way
  • Experience in supervising and teaching junior members, must be able to show strong leadership skills
  • Highly analytical and motivated with leadership potential, with strong attention to detail
  • A hard-working, pro-active attitude with a willingness to simultaneously work on a number of transactions
  • Excellent communication, problem solving & presentation skills
