DC Master Trust Engagement Lead

SEIs Institutional Group provides clients with a variety of solutions aligned with their investment implementation preferences. Since 2007 SEI has been offering Master Trust solutions to clients who wish to entirely outsource their DC pension provisionfor employees. In 2021 SEI acquired the Atlas Master Trust and established itself as a significant market presence with over a hundred thousand members and assets in the region of £2bn.We are seeking to hire an individual to take primary responsibility for the development of our Master Trusts member experience. You will own the member journey in all of its many aspects, determining how and when we should interact with members - and themost effective forms of media to adoptin order to make a positive and meaningful impact on their retirement outcomes.The objective of the role is to develop a comprehensive, innovative environment for our members to interact with, which is engaging and consistent in its approach, regardless of the method of media deployment. It will be recognised by existing and prospectiveclients and their advisers as adding real value to the members. In a nutshell, you will be creating something remarkable that looks beyond the pensions industrys tried, tested, yet often outdated methods of engagement, and which has a constantly evolvingand measurable impact on outcomes.What you will do:

• Using your existing knowledge of industry and/or B2C engagement best practice, you will evaluate our current multimedia member interaction processes, techniques and tools, and identify where good practice exists and where measureable improvements can bemade on an ongoing basis
• You will make reasoned recommendations for change to the leadership team and take ownership of implementing them, assessing the success of new developments and using feedback and data to identify and develop continuous improvements
• Working with our DC Client and Implementation managers, marketing and communications team, and our specialist third party vendors, you will design and implement effective member communication programmes covering themed, one-off and annual engagement exercises
• You will take responsibility for publishing meaningful member content, with targeted calls to action driven via a range of multi-media including our award winning app
• You will take responsibility for developing our member forums and their delivery, using member feedback to help drive continual improvements in the quality and impact of our ongoing engagements
• You will own the Master Trust brand and tone of voice and its consistent deployment across multiple third party engagement tools
• You will be the driving force sitting on our member engagement sub committee
• All SIEL employees are responsible for the identification, assessment and control of risks and risk events. Employees will maintain a good understanding of applicable policies, procedures, risk appetites and tolerance relevant to their function and orbusiness unit, and are expected to consider current and potential risks when making or informing business decisions. Employees are responsible for the accurate and timely escalation and recording of incidents associated to relevant risks. In addition, employeesare responsible for completing all required Risk Management training.

• To hold an applicable industry qualification such as IMC / equivalent or possess a commitment to complete such a qualification

What we would like from you:

• Some knowledge of the UK pensions market would be preferred, but by no means essential, your experience might come from retail financial services or connected industries
• Outstanding communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Experience of leading a primary area of responsibility whilst collaborating with and supporting a wider team
