DATAOPS MANAGERNORTH LONDON, CURRENTLY FLEXIBLE / REMOTE / HOME WORKINGUP TO £110,000 + BENEFITSAs a DataOps Manager, you will be leading 3 squads of Data Engineers including a Platform and Delivery lead. This role is with a prestigious Airliner that is looking to introduce MLOps to improve efficiencies across the business.THE COMPANY:Harnham is partnered with this Airline company that has been on a journey to move away from their Cloudera legacy estate, towards a Databricks solution hosted on AWS. This will allow them to improve several areas across the business including, revenue/pricingoptimisation, flight traffic control, campaign management, predictive maintenance, and sustainability. This is an exciting opportunity to build a key function within this department while working on complex problems. It will be your job to introduce the best way of deploying ML models and drive best practices.THE ROLE:As a DataOps Manager, you will be required to manage the transition to Databricks and establish an MLOps function. Ideally, you would have worked in an environment with large, complex datasets and managed ML to help improve the analytical layer. You will bemanaging stakeholders across the business, as well as their expectations based on capacity. Naturally, this brings resource challenges, but you will have the autonomy to scale the necessary teams to achieve the business goals.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:The ideal DataOps Manager will have:
