We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team of Software Engineers and drive the development of Curves first ML and NLP-centric SaaS product. Youll work as part of a cross-functionalteam of Developers, Engineers and Analytics professionals, from our WeWork office based in Aldwych, London.***What youll be doing:** Develop and lead advanced analytics and machine learning efforts to enhance Curves Digital Insights SaaS products. We leveragea range of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), geospatial analysis, clustering techniques to deliver actionable insights* Propose and implement novel NLP approaches to extract valuable insights from online reviews* Perform feature engineeringand analytics to identify and implement new features and functionalities* Work with engineering and product teams to turn prototypes into robust, reliable solutions* Drive innovation by identifying new data sources and product ideas that improve our solution*Conduct research and implementation of novel machine learning and statistical approaches to address medium-to-long term product problems* Collaborate with a variety of teams including product management, engineering, marketing and others* Establish scalable,efficient, automated processes to boost team productivity, such as model development, model validation and model implementation***What were looking for:** Bachelors degree or higher in an applicable field such as Computer Science, Maths or similar Scienceor Engineering discipline, or comparable professional experience* 2+years experience in developing and productionising Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning models, ideally in a SaaS context* Experience designing and recommending workflows and establishingbest practice when building and experimenting with machine learning models* Strong Python and other programming skills* Experience in using SQL for large datasets* Experience working within an Agile environment and with Agile development methods, e.g., Scrum,Kanban, Jira, Confluence* A self-starter, excited to join a software team early in its life and shape what we do, and how we do it* Strong attention to detail***Nice to have or excited to learn:** Knowledge of cloud architecture, ideally AWS* Knowledge ofdigital consumer data sources such as Social Media, Online Reviews, Clickstream and others***Key Requirements:** Professional working proficiency in English* Eligibility to work in the UK-* *Competitive Salary*: Salary is important and so we pay competitivelyversus other consultancies.* *Annual Leave*: 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays* *Annual Bonus*: Our Annual Bonus is based on company and individual performance.* *Learning, Development & Certifications*: Development is at the heart of everythingwe do.You will be able to create a Personal Development Plan, benefit from internal trainings and be able to take external courses and certifications.* *Generous Pension*: You can expect to receive a very good pension contribution.* *A Positive Company Culture:*We take a proactive approach in fostering a positive and supportive work environment where everyone can grow and thrive.
