Job Description

DATA SCIENTISTUP TO £60,000LONDON THE COMPANYI have partnered with a leader in the customer data science realm to support the growing demand for their services across their client base. As a Data Scientist you will be utilising you knowledge in SQL and Python to perform statistical modelling, workingacross customer analytics and insight.THE ROLEThe successful Data Scientist responsibilities will include:

  • Develop pricing strategies and promotions to optimise revenue and profitability
  • Conduct basket analysis to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Analyse inventory data to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve the overall customer experience
  • Perform statistical modelling utilising SQL and Python/R
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe successful Data Scientist will have the following skills and experience:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand business goals and objectives
