Locum Data Protection Paralegal London Borough Council Felxible working arrangements Full-time or part-time Minimum 3-6 months+ Sellick Partnership is offering a fantastic new opportunity for a Locum Data Protection Paralegal to join a friendly and reputableLondon Borough Council. This role has arisen due to an influx of work and so the team is expanding to include two new Paralegal posts. This is a locum role for a minimum of 3-6 months, with the possibility to extend in line with business needs. This role willhave a focus on local authority childcare-related subject access requests (SARs) so the successful Data Protection Paralegal will have prior experience of dealing with subject access requests and ideally in the context of disclosure matters relating to childcarecases in local government. For example, Paralegals who have worked on the IICSA Lambeth Inquiry would be very well-suited to this role, as well as Childcare Paralegals and Adult Social Care Paralegals looking to move into the area of Data Protection and InformationGovernance. The successful Data Protection Paralegal will be reviewing and redacting a high volume of documents relating to child protection cases using Adobe Pro, so you must have good attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines.
