This is a fixed term opportunity for 12 months and working 21 hours per week so a great opportunity for someone who is looking for flexibility within their career.This is an important role that will ensure our technical data support, particularly for ETL (data integrations), is robust and responsive to business needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a technical background to step into management withgreat options for flexibility.Managing a small team, you will be providing support to the team members to encourage their development and ensure the team is a high performing one.With rapidly moving business needs, you will be ensuring production integration jobs are kept running and any potential developments are assessed, well designed and documented, testing is signed off, rollouts are planned, and support is provided.About youYou will combine a number of skills in order to deliver the right data solutions. You will bring great business partnering skills to understand business contexts, goals, ambitions and horizons.Building the trust between you and those you partner will be a major factor is how successful the solutions you help create will be. Your strong interpersonal and interpretation skills will allow you to have open jargon-free conversations with the business.You will combine this with good planning skills to manage workloads for you and your team ensuring that support and changes are delivered to time.You will have strong technical abilities particularly relevant to data integrations such as working with APIs and files, XML/JSON, SSIS, SQL, net. You will be vigilant in your monitoring of existing integration jobs and adept at diagnosing issues.You will have experience of managing technical change management in a complex environment. You know how to balance speed of delivery against stability and supportability of solutions.
