At Operate, we are significantly growing our Data Visualisation practice to support the firm in meeting new market demands and opportunities. As such, we are now looking to recruit Data Intelligence Specialist to join our Managed Data Services at Operateteam. As an experienced data practitioner, you will play a significant role in the development of our services, allowing you to work with a varied client base, gain valuable exposure to cutting edge technologies and help shape what we deliver as managed servicesin the areas of General Data, Data Science and Data Visualisation.Once the actionable insights have been uncovered, it is up to the business intelligence team to be able to tell a story with that data by understanding who their stakeholders are and deliveringa functioning report. BI Analysts perform analysis and reporting of past historical data, while BI Consultants perform this analysis externally. BI Developers perform analysis specifically designed for the company, making use of their Python and SQL skills.Responsibilities:Youllbring your extensive industry experience to lead a team of problem solvers. You will be designing strategies and working through to execution, whilst solving complex business issues. Specific responsibilities include: Understanding business and technical requirements;develop, document and implement solution designForging and building new relationships throughout Operate to ensure the visibility of the Technology teams production capabilityHands on delivery of solutions throughout the entire life cycle, including day-to-daymanagement of ongoing engagementsEnsure that deliverables meet or exceed functional, technical and performance requirementsContribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumenAssisting in upskilling your team and ensuring successful deliveryLiaisingwith operational/executive level gradesTransforming, analysing and producing reports and dashboards to a range of stakeholders including Operate, wider PwC and our clientsStrong analytical skills with experience in problem solving and being able to implementand deliver solutionsEssential Requirements:Previous relevant industry experience, preferably in an IT-related disciplineExperience with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview, Microstrategy, Google Data Studio or comparableKnowledge ofData Analytical tools (Alteryx, KNIME or Equivalent))Experience in data handling, manipulation and reportingProven experience and background in data visualisation to a wide range of stakeholdersWillingness to expand technical knowledge in a broad range ofclient facing projectsExperience with SQLAdvanced levels in Microsoft Excel / Google SheetsDesirable Requirements:Experience with languages such as Python, R, SQL, Google App Script/JavaScript, AngularJS, D3.js, HTML/CSS, and Visual BasicExposure to any elementsof Artificial Intelligence such as Natural Language Processing or Machine LearningAlteryx certificationsDevOps experienceNot the role for youDid you know PwC offer flexible contract arrangements as well as contingent work (ie temporary or day rate contracting)Theskills we look for in future employeesAll our people need to demonstrate the skills and behaviours that support us in delivering our business strategy.
