Job Description

Title: Data Business Analyst - Master DataRole: Initial 6 Month Contract - Inside IR35Location: London/HybridThe Consultancy Group are currently supporting a global Technology Business in the midst of a transformative phase, rolling out enhanced data and analytics capabilities. The Transformation team are looking for a Data Business Analyst with a focus on MasterData to join their London team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, document, and become an expert in various aspects including processes, systems, ways of working, and Master Data.
  • Define problems, analyse options and resolutions, and provide recommendations for effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify objectives, opportunities, and potential benefits.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products, processes, and solutions, emphasizing business outcomes.
  • Conduct detailed analysis on new data sources, producing field mapping and data type assessments.
  • Carry out GAP analysis to understand and recommend what the business has in place and what the path to a new platform will be
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate expertise in Master Data systems, with a preference for experience with Informatica P360.
  • Understand the nuances of Master Data systems and identify actions required for their success.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Master Data.
  • Experience in data analysis and documentation.
