Every day our teams help people in businesses and communities to do what is right and achieve their goals.Our Business Risk Services (BRS) team, provide clients with support on their internal audit functions, through the provision of tailored, flexible and cost-effective solutions, that provide access to industry best practice methodology, value add insightsand subject matter experts.As a Data Assurance Manager within our Business Risk Services team, you will:

  • Take ownership of data assurance services to internal audit clients in a way that exceeds client expectation while taking responsibility for managing and developing staff and our technology.
  • Deliver data subject matter expertise on client assignments. This can include data governance, data strategy, data management, data security and privacy, robotic process automation, master data management, or data warehousing and BI disciplines.
  • Execute internal audit engagements and review working papers and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing client relationships and participate in business development of new opportunities.
Knowing youre right for us Joining us as Data Assurance Manager, the minimum criteria youll need is experience of applying data strategy, governance or management in an internal audit or risk landscape. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but dont worryif you dont tick every box, well help you develop along the way.
  • Recent or post qualified experience within assurance, internal audit or risk management, activities in relation to data governance, automation or IT audit
  • IT, Data, or Finance related degree and/or professional qualification (CISA, CISM, ACA, ACCA, CA, CIA)
  • Knowledge and experience of data management frameworks like EDM Council DCAM and DAMA DMBOK
  • Knowledge and experience with Data Governance tools e.g. Collibra, Talend etc
