With an unrivalled eye for detail and passion for customer service, Boux Avenue is your ultimate destination whether you’re looking for everyday essentials or something a little sexier.Boux Avenue are searching for a Data Analytics Manager to join their fast-paced e-commerce team who can help us transform our use of data and analytics to uncover new opportunities and grow our business.What will the role include

  • Provide actionable insight which will help us accelerate our growth plans and optimise our conversion rate
  • Benchmark overall site performance against industry benchmark and identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Review Boux Avenue analytics partners and tools including web analytics, testing, online customer insight such as user recording and customer journeys
  • Provide insights that help define the conversion rate optimisation and testing strategy with the Digital Change Manager and Trading team
  • Working closely with teams across the brand to provide analytics insight to support day to day trading and future strategy
  • What will your responsibilities beData Analytics and Insight
  • Provide day to day analytics insight for the eCommerce, CRM and store teams to improve performance particularly our customer retention and loyalty scheme
  • Business Modelling
  • Support business forecasting/modelling and development of business cases for investment in new Digital initiatives including supporting data and analysis that underpins scenario planning for example
  • Reporting
  • Build out and provide regular business reporting including performance dashboards, weekly KPI reporting and monthly insight reports with concise recommendations
  • Support team with automation of key day to day reports
  • Strategy and innovation
  • Build data analytics strategy and identify opportunities to help the brand leverage data to support decisions
  • Keep up to speed with latest innovations and market trends and propose new initiatives/technologies/platforms to improve our data analytics
  • Managing data quality and hygiene
  • Ensure all marketing and analytics tagging is maintained and up to date
  • Regularly audit data quality and work through issues with relevant partners
  • What are we looking for
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with large data sets and extracting information efficiently using SQL
  • Excellent knowledge of online analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Content Square
  • Experience using Google Big Query and Google Data Studio would be an advantage
  • Highly numerate and strong commercial acumen
  • Degree educated ideally including statistics, mathematics
  • Knowledge of web analytics tool implementation and testing techniques
  • Excellent Excel knowledge and experience creating reporting and dashboards
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform both quantitative and qualitative based data analysis
  • Strong drive for results - ability to get things done independently with minimum direction
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into well structured and simple to understand presentations and recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail business
  • A passion for fashion/retail and drive to grow.
