The company are leaders in real world data and healthcare informatics with a clear mission to transform patient outcomes through innovative data & technology solutions.The Data Analyst will work within a small team performing data analysis for research projects to improve healthcare access to medicines and support the development and maintenance of healthcare-related software.The role will involve, but limited to, performing data analysis for studies around UK healthcare data such as clinical practice research, public health England and alike, by programming the study methodology into interfaces including SQL and R.This isnt an exhaustive list of duties but will give a brief overview of some of the requirements and duties for your job.To be considered for the data analyst you will be required to have excellent numerical and analytical skills along with attention to detail in order to deliver high quality outputs and carry out data quality control and validation. There is also a requirement for you to be able to demonstrate previous experience in Healthcare Analysis, knowledge of administrative healthcare datasets, particularly in the UK (e.g. HES, CPRD, PHE datasets) and ideally be degree qualified or equivalent from areas such as epidemiology, medical statistics or other degrees involving numerical analysis.
