An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Data Analyst, to join our client, a leading global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil & Simple based at their headquarters in Blackfriars, London. This is a full-time temporary role for 9 months with the potential to extend, working a 36.25 week, to start ASAP. The role will offer flexible home working 3 days per week, with 2 days in the Blackfriars offices. This role is paying up to £35,200 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience. *Due to the urgent nature of this role, they cannot accept any applications that have a longer notice period than 1 month!Our FMCG client believes that human rights are at the heart of sustainable business, and their human rights work does not exist in isolation within the company. All these ambitions - including raising living standards - are founded on the fundamental principle of respect for human rights.They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Data Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will work closely with the human rights team to support data analysis, management, and project activities. You will be responsible for assisting indata entry, data cleaning, and data analysis as well as supplier engagement and communications. This role requires someone with a passion for social impact, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team both face to face andvirtually.Responsibilities:Assist in data entry, cleaning, and management activities to ensure the accuracy and completeness of human rights data.Handle sensitive and confidential data with professionalism and discretion.Conduct data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI (desired), or other data analysis tools.Work closely with the human rights team to identify and resolve data quality issues.Prepare and organize data for presentations, reports, and other materials.Perform project admin tasks such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers.Experience:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Advanced Excel user including v-look ups and pivot tables.Power BI experience is advantageous.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with professionalism and discretion.Comfortable working with virtual teams globally.
