Job Description

Our client, a well-established global media company, is on the lookout for a Danish speaking Finance Manager to support their multilingual accounting department. You will be based in the London office and will play a vital part in the company, ensuring the timely preparation of management accounts.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing the management accounts for the Nordic market
  • Producing monthly and quarterly reports
  • Being responsible for balance sheet reconciliations and VAT returns
  • Supporting with payroll and pension compliance
  • Maintaining fixed assets
  • Assisting in the year-end audit
    • About you:The ideal applicant will be highly organised, meticulous and detail-oriented and have solid experience in a similar accountancy role. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Danish speaking Finance Manager who is ready for a new challenging position with wide international scope.   • Required to be fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Solid experience working as a qualified Accountant or Finance Manager (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Strong knowledge of Danish financial regulations and Danish GAAP
  • Experience in the production or media sector is beneficial
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Dynamic and proactive team player with the ability to work well under pressure
