Job Description

Veritas are currently working with a school who are looking for a Dance Teacher to join their team in April 2024. They are looking for someone to teach across Key Stage 3 to 5.

  • Deliver high quality and memorable learning experiences to all learners.
  • Take account of individual needs to personlise learning.
  • Contribute to the development of the dance curriculum.
  • Contribute to the professional development of other colleagues in the curriculum area.
  • Contribute to the wide programme of extra-curricular activities in the faculty of Performing Arts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Have successful experience teaching at secondary level
  • Have experience of the National Curriculum requirements and of writing lesson plans, developing resources and assessing students work.
  • Knowledge of the best practice in Dance.
