Job Description

D365 F&O Support ConsultantLocation:Fully RemotePosition Type: Full-TimeI have partnered with a growing UK Dynamics Partner who are looking at expanding thier team with a Support Consultant Role in D365 F&O.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide first-level support to end-users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) system-related queries.
  2. Identify, diagnose, and resolve D365 F&O issues in collaboration with other IT teams and Microsoft support.
  3. Offer training and guidance to internal teams on best practices and functionswithin the D365 F&O platform.
  4. Assist in the configuration, customisation, and maintenance of the D365 F&O system to align with company processes.
  5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and recommend enhancements or modifications to the system.
  6. Participate in system upgrades and roll-outs, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  7. Maintain updated documentation of system configurations, customisations, and user guides.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Minimum of 2 years experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  2. Experience in Commerce Modules would be advantageous
  3. Experience supporting end user clients with D365
