Job Description

D365 CE Functional ConsultantWe are working closely with a global Dynamics Partner, who are looking to hire an experienced D365 CE Consultant, on a permanet basis.The Dynamics Consultant, will work closely with the D365 Business Systems Functional Analysts, to shape and define change based on their collaborative working with IT, Transformation, and business functions to provide technical excellence and guidance acrossa range of programme and business as usual initiatives.Qualifications and Skills:• Experience of leading Dynamics 365 CE delivery, configuration and ongoing management working across business functions and vendors.• In-depth understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE platform, including its modules, features, and capabilities. • Understanding of data models, data migration strategies, and data integration techniques.• Experience of working in organisations undergoing significant transformation.• Knowledge of integration methods, APIs, and tools for connecting Dynamics 365 CE with other applications.• Understanding of security roles, permissions, and data privacy regulations related to CRM data.• Proficiency in translating business requirements into solution designs, including entity customisation, workflow, automation, and business rules implementation. Talent Fulfillment Group© JD Format• Hands-on-experience in configuring Dynamics 365 CE, including form design, business process flows, views, and dashboards. • Experience of software CRM implementation methodologies.• Experience of working across IT towers and business departments to gather requirements and deliver service improvements.• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• Knowledge of other key technologies e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, Mulesoft, Adobe AEM.• Strong influencing skills with both internal staff and external stakeholders with the ability to provide clear and non-technical advice/interpretation of complex information.• Stakeholder management and reporting up to CoE Manager and director level.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think laterally and conceptually. Experience and Background:• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CE using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2013, 2015, 2016 or 365.Key responsibilities:Oversee the technical translation of and alignment to IT strategic direction for Dynamics 365 (CE).• Work closely with business teams to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and document them for configuring Dynamics 365 CE applications.• Design and configure solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including customizing entities, workflows, business rules, and integrations with other applications.• Oversee integration of Dynamics 365 CE with other systems and applications, utilizing tools like Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and custom integrations as necessary.• Manage the development of Dynamics 365 and management of business relationships to deliver key service improvement activities in line with project and business as usual activities.• Oversee the development of Dynamics 365 in support of organisations strategy, change and financial plans.• Oversee the development of Dynamics 365 capability(s) for the IT directorate.• Oversee Dynamics 365 through the application of best practise and industry standards including Microsoft Well Architected Framework, security controls and global data residency legislation, whilst nurturing and supporting our business during their transitionto the technology from legacy services.• Maintain regular communication with business teams, addressing concerns, ensuring their requirements are met satisfactorily, and providing training and support for ensuring they can effectively use the Dynamics 365 CE system.• Act as a Dynamics 365 subject matter expert and advocate for IT across the organisation.• Ensure that the Dynamics 365 practice(s) develops continuously so that the right tools, methods, and skills are in place to support business outcomes and provide a consistent level of service to the organisation.• Follow the end to end process of project delivery and waterfall or agile approaches. Need to know the significance of testing and delivering quality minimal viable products.• End to end implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE across any of the modules such as Sales, Marketing, Field Service etc.• Experience in customisation and configurations with DynamicsAbility to work in a client/or stakeholder facing environment - open to those from both an End User or Consultancy environmentsPlease forward your profile for consideration.
