Job Description

End user seeking D365 CE Business Analyst for international rollout of Dynamics CE. The purpose of this role is to provide specialist support for the CRM system and act as the link between business stakeholders, L&D and third party suppliersSalary £55k-£70k , Home BasedResponsibilities

  • Advise stakeholders and end users on the effective use of the platform
  • Effectively gather requirements, document these and implement according to best practice
  • Utilise platform potential to support efficient working across multi-disciplined internal teams
  • Manage user activities such as UAT and supporting User Groups and forums to support new enhancements/ ideas/ Business challenges
  • Manage third party suppliers on behalf of the business
  • Provide functional support to colleagues in the technology team
  • Assist with global project deliverables
  • Promote best practice and ensure security
  • Produce best practice documentation and knowledge articles as required including User Stories
Requirements
  • Business Applications
    • Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Any other CRM cloud based related Functional Analysis experience
  • Productivity Suite
    • Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel
  • Power Platform
  • Power BI, Flow (Power Automate), PowerApps, Common Data Service (Data verse)
  • 3 years minimum experience in a Functional Business Analyst/ BA role in CRM
