Job Description

The D2C manager will be critical to operations and demand generation. They need someone to define and drive the strategic agenda and road map, which will include trading and site merchandising.The successful candidate will report to the Head of Digital and D2C and will have a lot of autonomy and room for advancement.Client DetailsOur client is a specialist within beauty brands, with a diverse portfolio of challenger skincare, hair care, and body care brands. Its primary goal is to create innovative and exciting new products. The companies brands range from Female beauty to male groomingwith both mass market appeal as well as everyday value propositions. The client has a diverse portfolio of 18 brands that appeal to various demographics while also providing wellness and problem-solving solutions.DescriptionThe successful candidate will to do the following in the role:

  • Closely collaborate with the Head of Digital & D2C, the brand team, and other cross-functional co-workers to drive the medium to long-term action plan, acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies as well as building the monthly campaign plan.
  • Determines D2C pricing and promotional strategies in accordance with business profitability goals.
  • Manages sales forecasting, inventory management, and stock forecasting.
  • Provides promotional activity briefings to agencies, third parties, and internal resources.
  • Tracks, analyses, and optimises performance in order to provide the finest consumer experience and key D2C performance metrics (Net Sales, AOV, Conversion rate, Contribution and ROAS)
  • Oversees the deployment of assets and execution across all channels, including the website, email, and social media.
  • Owns the monthly KPI dashboards
ProfileThe successful candidate will have the following:
  • Expertise in Shopify and Google Analytics
  • Outstanding knowledge of D2C commercial and marketing campaign planning
  • Excellent understanding of marketing tools such as social media, PPC, display, and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with premium consumer brands
  • Self-motivator by nature with a can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of Klaviyo and Yieldify a plus but not mandatory
