Youll work with multiple teamsto help introduce new technology and processes to protect against the Data Loss and Insider threat and improve the overall security posture of the organisation.Using Data Loss and Information Protection technologies across multiple vendors, youll act as an SME to develop and deliver solutions from scope to delivery, working in a fast paced and agile environment. Youll collaborate closely with project managers, servicesupport teams and partners/suppliers; communicating with all key collaborators to ensure the smooth and successful implementation and transition of new and impacted services. Youll collaborate closely with project managers,service support teams and partners/suppliers; communicating with all key collaborators to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of new and impacted services.

  • Responsible for introducing and developing new technology to deliver effective controls while having a keen focus on continuous improvement (including simplification and automation)
  • You should be able to demonstrate a collaborative approach in your delivery, leading and influencing across teams and sharing best practise
  • Act as a gate keeper to ensure effective transfer to service teams in compliance with service dependencies and service readinessdeveloping the technical aspects of delivery whilst also helping to prepare operational teams to use the technology
  • Ensure new and changed services have a fully developed end to end support structure, including processes, Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indictors, resources and tooling in relation to service dependencies
  • Ensure that appropriate resourcing, training, tooling, support and documentation is delivered with a formal service readiness sign off from relevant partners
  • Provide advice and guidance around Cyber Security standard methodology

  • Experience of Route to Live testing & methodology
  • Solid understanding and experience of Data Loss detection/prevention methodology across Web/Email channels and endpoints/EUDs
  • Experience working with large security vendor/technologies i.e. Microsoft, Broadcom, McAfee.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Management of critical data in line with policy standards and regulations
  • Cloud Technology qualifications or experience of working with Cloud Solutions (within a Security environment) in particularly Azure and GCP
  • Experience utilising Risk Management frameworks
  • Solid grasp of Insider Risk detection/prevention methodologies
  • Experience of Data Loss Prevention/Insider Risk methodologies gained within a financial services or banking environment.
