Job Title: Cyber Security AnalystDepartment: InfoSecBasic Salary: GBP60,000 + BenefitsLocation: Hybrid– London, 2x per weekPURPOSE AND SUMMARYLa Fosse has partnered with one of the top UK Higher Education institutions who are looking to add a Security Analyst to their internal Information Security team.This organisation is looking for an individual eager to learn and grow their security experience in an exciting, transformative environment.You will be helping to provide BAU support on Incident Response & Threat Detection as well as working on various projects around penetration testing and vulnerability scanning as well as working with various other elements of the technology team.This individual is expected to be capable of working and operating within cloud environments as well as directly on SIEM platforms.You should have demonstrable experience working within a Security Operations environment on further escalations and the ability to triage and respond to the majority of incoming incidents.In addition you should be comfortable communicating with stakeholders both inside the business and across their third party vendors as well.Responsibilities:
