Extra detail would be beneficial around this.Client.A Global Crypto Exchange is looking for a CX Project Manager to join the UK team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have worked with a regulatory/compliance background.·We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team and provide vital support to the Compliance - Transaction Monitoring space, ensuring the successful execution of our H2 Transaction Monitoring Roadmap.·This position involves working in a highly cross-functional environment, addressing undefined business challenges and solutions while contributing to the achievement of broader organizational goals.Duties and Responsibilities:·Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resource and manage the implementation of the H2 Transaction Monitoring Roadmap.·Address complex, undefined business problems and develop innovative solutions in the context of Transaction Monitoring initiatives.·Contribute to the achievement of organization goals by actively participating in strategic planning and execution.·Oversee material changes to Compliance - Transaction Monitoring operational procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Skills and Qualifications:·Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment. Crypto/Fintech or regulatory would be advantageous.·Strong and broad understanding of project management methodologies and techniques.·Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate through undefined challenges and develop innovative solutions.·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.·Results-driven mindset with the ability to align projects with overarching organizational goals.·Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.·Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements is advantageous.·Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or PMI-ACP would be a huge plus.Education:·Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business, Project Management, etc.). Masters degree is a plus.
