Job Description

A Digital Transformation Consulting organisation are looking for a CX Engagement Manager to join their Customer Experience & Marketing Consulting team.Main Duties:

  • To deliver strategic Customer Experience & Marketing consulting engagements
  • Lead Design Thinking workshops
  • Develop high standard PowerPoint proposals
  • Provide Marketing Technology and project delivery expertise
  • Work with a diverse set of client and internal stakeholders both on and off-site
  • Plan and estimate project staffing costs, project success and profitability
  • Develop though leadership
  • Skills required:
  • 10+ years of experience in customer experience and marketing transformation
  • 10+ years consultancy experience with the Big 4 organizations
  • Excellent communication skills written, visual (PPT) and spoken
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe AEM, etc.
  • Proven track record selling and managing CX engagements
  • Good understanding of Agile and Design Thinking
  • Good understanding of business strategy and how it relates to digital ,marketing and CX transformation
  • Knowledge of marketing technology platforms
  • Good understanding of digital and interactive experience
  • The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors degree or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is highly desirable.Package: £80,000 - £120,000 Basic + Benefits + BonusBase Location: UK (must be fully mobile and happy to travel)Interviews are taking place immediately so send your CV in the first instance!
