Job Description

A senior customer success manager role within a growing start up technology company whos software solution help the worlds leading financial institution tackle anti money laundering. This role will suit those who either have fluent / working proficient Arabic, or experience working with middle eastern clients in a customer success role.Client DetailsAn AI focused business with a next generation Intelligent Compliance Platform is transforming AML & Trade Compliance.Description

  • Gather and analyse customer requirements and conceptualise and articulate appropriate technical and non-technical solutions
  • Help collect and analyse customer success metrics and data, including the all-important NPS
  • Engage with customer contacts and collaborate with third parties and partners as required to deliver products and services
  • Serve as primary contact for the on boarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post go-live support
  • Gauge customers levels of engagement and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements
  • Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our customer base
  • Take on a leadership role as necessary to help grow its customer success team and capabilities
  • Serve as a product expert on and lead/manage the delivery our services
  • ProfileEssential: Either Arabic language skills or Middle Eastern client experience.

  • Minimum of 5-6 years customer success experience at another cloud based/SaaS tech company
  • Excellent communication skills with impeccable written English
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new software quickly

  • Organised and thorough approach to delivering projects for customers
  • Experienced at producing high quality presentations complete with data-driven insight and/or analytics
