This is an opportunity to really make your mark.The Customer Success Manager role is a key role, responsible for the development, continuous improvement and delivery of customer service and the development of operational requirements, process and technology, to deliver an efficient and positive experience for customers both in B2C and B2B environments (direct and channel partners).This is a key role with responsibility for identifying and developing customer facing process and performance improvements.
