Their clients vary from public to private sector organisations.Due to new products and services they are launching, our client has created this brand-new role to support their new and existing customers navigation this new platform to ensure they have the best possible user experience.About the roleThis role requires someone with solid experience working in a Customer Success role previously where you will have been involved or delivered a CRM migration project, including preparing marketing and training presentations to engage a wide variety of platform users from C-Suite across the broad.Therefore, you will need to have superb presentation and communication skills and be able to clearly and effectively demonstrate user interfaces and dashboards to customers signing up to this new subscription platform.The role will initially be on a 12-month fixed term contract basis but there is scope as the business develops for further opportunities for the right personKey experience required
