Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager for a leading, fast-moving fearless independent, BCorp-certified media organisation with a multi-award-winning reputation in the travel industry, and throughout B2B media.You will work closely with the sales team to liaise directly with customers, ensuring campaigns and booked activity consistently deliver on time, on target and on budget, keeping the company focused on customer outcomes.Like the rest of our clients incredibleteam, you will be expected to work between home and the office in their creative working environment, liaising daily with the most exciting travel brands across the globe.Additional deliverables include:

  • Create mid-campaign and end-of-campaign reports with - next-step recommendations
  • Weekly reporting on campaign progress vs plan, where appropriate - including observations, recommendations and any issues
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive renewal and upsell
  • Support the creation of sales packages and proposals for optimal results
  • Inform the sales team of campaign issues, mismatch in expectations and negative customer feedback and work to resolve the issues proactively
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process
