Job Description

Job Description HelloReport has an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Success Executive to join our team working from our Newcastle upon Tyne office.You will be responsible for our customers; from onboarding through to renewal and ensuring they have the tools and services to achieve their goals. In addition, you will be the customers trusted advisor on everything HelloReport, helping drive sales andrecurring revenue.You will receive a competitive salary of between £22,000-£26,000 per annum plus benefits, depending on experience.Your responsibilities as our Customer Success Executive:

  • Building strong relationships with our clients by supporting them to maximise their return on investment
  • Resolve client queries that may arise during onboarding and post-sale process
  • Passing customer feedback on to internal teams to ensure client needs are being met
  • Working closely with the sales team to assist with customer renewals
What makes you our ideal Customer Success Executive:
  • 2+ Years experience in customer relationship management for a technology product
  • Confident and effective communicator via phone and email
  • Be able to adapt and complete tasks that may not necessarily be under their remit
  • Ability to work in a team-based, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrable success in providing a high level of customer satisfaction in a customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Excellent time management
  • Be a self-motivated individual that can work effectively on their own
