OverviewWe’re currently seeking home-based Customer Service Representatives to join our Enterprise Car Club helpdesk. ECC Helpdesk is a technical support team for our Car Club Members. We provide 24/7 mobility support to ensure service excellence for a smooth automatedrental experience. With coverage across all main UK Hubs from Penzance to Thurso, members can pick up a car from any convenient on street location for as little as 30mins up to 7days!The role is a permanent part-time 32 hour per week position and the salary is £11.78 per hour.The position is fully home based. Hours comprise of 4x8-hour shifts for set days - Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.What you can expect from Enterprise Car Club:
