Job Description

Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Mitcham, LondonSalary: £31,500 - £32,000 per yearContract Details: Permanent, Full TimeASAP StartOur client, a leading manufacturing organisation is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative with Salesforce experience. If you are a self-motivated professional with excellent communicationand organisational skills, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:

  • Proactively make outbound calls to generate interest and engage potential prospects as well as informing customers about the product portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers by providing exceptional support, guidance, and information
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities consistently to maximise sales potential
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, handling sales administration tasks in accordance with established procedures (quotations, dispatch paperwork, system specification processing, complaints, product returns, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate and organised customer records using SALESFORCE
  • Assist the management, sales, and marketing teams with general administrative duties
  • Process order entries
  • Contribute actively in team meetings to identify new projects and opportunities at an early stage, facilitating increased sales
  • Respond promptly to incoming mail, website chat requests, and phone enquiries from customers
  • Keep CRM Opportunities and pipeline updated to meet targets
  • Pursue customers for any outstanding information required to progress projects to the quotation stage
To succeed in this role, you should be capable of working independently and meeting individual activity and sales targets. We are looking for someone who is result-oriented, proactive, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
