Job Description

JOB AD:This role requires an exceptional person to take a position in our sales and pre-sales development efforts as part of the international Sales team, currently consisting of teams based in the UK, India and USA.The Customer Success Manager role is an integration of functions and activities of Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Training and Support to meet the needs of our highly innovative company.The Customer Success Manager must have a proven track record with an in-depth knowledge of the customers we work with, effective knowledge of encoding and decoding within the OTT/IPTV space, extensive expertise within codecs, encoding, and online video, ideally from within the media or technology industry. The role requires someone highly motivated, extremely organised, creative, and with excellent communication skills.The person will work closely with executive management and the senior management team on key opportunities and advising on market trends. We are looking for someone passionate and knowledgeable about media and can take leadership in interacting with broadcasters, telcos, hyperscalers, and content owners on a technical level.5+ years experience in a technical sales/business development role,5+ ideally for a technology company selling Video Encoding/IPTV/OTT5+ solutions or technology;Demonstrated ability to multi-task across a wide range of accounts; Demonstrated ability to present to business or technical audiences and able to change approach of communication; The ability to assess client needs effectively and address those needs through V-Nova products and services; A proven track record delivering on, or exceeding, personal and company goals;A hands-on approach;Strong technical knowledge and appreciation ideally within the Video Encoding/Decoding, OTT/IPTV world; Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative are a must; Extensive knowledge of the Encoding/OTT technology landscape; Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English (and ideally another European language); Proven ability to work effectively in a start-up environment; Demonstrated ability to have fun, and get things done.
