Are you a Customer Service Manager, looking for a new challengeHampshire Pension Services currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager, responsible for our front-line customer facing team. Hampshire Pension Services undertakesthe administration across the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS), Police Pension Scheme and Fire Pension Scheme on behalf of a number of partners. We provide support to more than 300,000 members and in excess of 700 scheme employers.Our Pensions CustomerService Team (PCST) of around 20 FTE, provides front line support to our customers, which range from members, employers and other external organisations. The team responds to phone, email and online queries, provides basic administration support to the widerdepartment, as well as supporting members and employers using our online services. Leading PCST, you will proactively look for ways to promote and embed our online services creating better efficiencies for customers. The ideal candidate will have experienceof managing a similar sized Customer Service team and can demonstrate that they are calm and work well under pressure. The role includes providing direction and support to team managers, who oversee the day-to-day work within the team.Youll be enthusiasticand self-motivated and will be able to engage with others at all levels. You will have the ability to motivate and coach others, be a role model and have a positive attitude. Youll be thorough, a team player and able to see things through, ensuring excellentoutcomes for our customers. We are looking for people who are committed to customer care and able to take on new challenges.Although the role is office based in Winchester, currently the team are generally only required to work in the office one day a week,subject to business needs and further reviews.
