Job Description

They are growing and its exciting!In the space of 6 months, this company (in the med-tech industry) grew their headcount from 5 to 32 and currently have 18 jobs on that theyre looking to fill by the end of this year.This particular role is Head of Customer Support and it will see you leading, motivating, growing, developing and managing a Customer Support team. Not only this, but you will also work closely with business heads to continuously deliver improvements whilst strategically aligning the companies vision with transformational changes.It is essential for you to have experience in a successful start-up, whether you joined right at the beginning or 5 years in. You will be working in a start-up of 3 years and its important that youve seen and contributed to excellence and company growth.This is a pivotal role within the business you will treat the business as if it were your own, you will be innovative, goal orientated, motivated and motivating.
