They are growing and its exciting!In the space of 6 months, this company (in the med-tech industry) grew their headcount from 5 to 32 and currently have 18 jobs on that theyre looking to fill by the end of this year.This particular role is Head of Customer Support and it will see you leading, motivating, growing, developing and managing a Customer Support team. Not only this, but you will also work closely with business heads to continuously deliver improvements whilst strategically aligning the companies vision with transformational changes.It is essential for you to have experience in a successful start-up, whether you joined right at the beginning or 5 years in.
