Job Description

  • £23,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience
  • Shift work Monday - Sunday (5 days p/w)

If so, we have just the role for you!Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service Assistant to join their creative company. This brand launched 18 months ago and has already made a huge impact! You will be part of an exceptional company who are passionate aboutproviding a premium product that challenges the industry and has a positive impact on the planet.The primary focus of the role will be to provide a high-quality level of service to the customers whilst being truly passionate and enthusiastic about the brand. This is the perfect job for someone with excellent verbal and written communication and a backgroundin customer service, looking to work within a passionate and dynamic team.Duties as Customer Service Assistant will include:
  • Using Zendesk to be the first point of contact for the customers (including live chats, email, and phone)
  • Provide a timely customer service experience
  • Help with customer orders and liaise with product and shipping teams
  • Manage and track refund requests
  • Manage the customer experience and outreach programme
  • Assist with the support of the brands social community
  • Build and develop a strong product knowledge base
  • Promote review platforms for the brand, such as Trustpilot
  • Conduct weekly customer outreach to build relationships and gather feedback
  • General office support including ordering and invoicing plus adhoc duties
