Job Description

The RoleCustomer Service Assistant - HanwellWe have an exciting full time opportunity for a highly motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our CTD Tiles brand, based in Hanwell. You will help develop sales and maximise branch profitability through selling at our counters and in our showrooms, tradecounters and over the phone and by providing exceptional customer service. If you have experience in customer service, we would love to hear from you!Day to Day Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deal with a range of customers face to face and over the phone, always offering exceptional customer service even when under pressure.
  • Guiding and influencing customers with expert product knowledge.
  • Ensure showroom displays are accurate, current, clean & tidy and POS up to date
  • Carry out all cash transactions, refunds and till processes accurately and in accordance with branch procedures
  • Pick items to fulfill customer orders, as well as checking any incoming products against the Proof of Delivery, complete documentation as required
  • Ensure that returns are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Demonstrate flexibility and team-working in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the overall business
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required to meet business needs
