Job Description

Fabulous global Cosmetics brand are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.Provide a service of excellence and support to Customers. As Customer Service Advisor you are the first point of contact for calls and enquiries into the Company, you will be a Brand Ambassador who displays the Company values of providing Golden Rule CustomerService, Go-Give Spirit and Making others Feel Important.About the RoleResponsibilities

  • Calls - Responsible for answering inbound calls into Customer Service in a timely manner to maximize service levels. Answer questions effectively in accordance with company guidelines, maintaining consistency and fairness. Requires considerationon how decisions can impact other departments. Regularly check voicemails and log as cases on CRM system.
  • Emails & Cases - Respond to emails received into all customer service inboxes, maintaining an efficient and consistent response time. Answer questions effectively in accordance with company guidelines, maintaining consistency and fairness
  • Data & Order Entry - Maintain Independent Sales Force personal information on the CRM system, ensuring compliance and verification.
  • Operational Tasks - Order tracking. Release orders daily to 3PL Warehouse. Regularly liaise with the 3PL Warehouse 3PL for escalation of order tracking enquiries, claims, returned parcels which require re-delivery, termination returns andproduct damages. Process daily back orders.
  • Office Administration - Back up support for Office Administration related tasks:
  • Administrative tasks - creation of purchase orders in JDE for office related purchases and equipment, purchasing of office equipment and supplies, support with expense and receipt logging for office related purchases, distribution of daily post, post officedrops as required
  • Create new quarterly product displays for the office.
  • Office maintenance - ensure the office is tidy and safe and equipment is in good working order. Maintain office plants with regular watering and regular checks of shredding bins
Salary up to £24KBenefits include, optional Personal Medical Insurance, staff discount on products, pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Great location office next to Farringdon tube stationThe role will be hybrid with minimum 3 days in the office (usual days - Tues, Weds, Thurs), 2 days remote - number of days in the office may increase at busy event or promotional times, candidate must be flexible with days working in the office as they canbe moved around to support business needs at short notice. Candidate may also be required to work in the office more days initially to support with their onboarding and training.
