A luxury menswear label is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an office-based role, where the successful candidate will be providing a world-class shopping and service experience through phone, email,and web chat. THE ROLE:* Placing orders, processing exchanges and refunds and answering any questions all in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner* Communicating with customers via the phone, email, live chat and social media* Informing customers of stock shortages, locating the stock where possible* Working with warehouse and carriers to ensure that the customer has the best delivery experience* Monitoring feedback and communicating with customers as required* Aiding with the supervising and maintaining of the customers online shopping journey, ensuring imagery, descriptions, FAQs and content are correct* Establishing long-term relationships with key customers based on data about their preferences, behaviours and purchases* Providing product recommendations and try-on services as and when required* Assisting the customer with buying online or from any of the companys stores* Taking part in new and current sales initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales opportunities* Using a ticketing system to respond to customers in an efficient and timely manner* Working with multiple order management systems to update customer details, process orders, monitor stock levels, and movement, and handle exchanges and refundsESSENTIALS:* A proven track record of working effectively and efficiently within a busy retail and eCommerce environment* Experience with an online luxury retailer would be beneficial* Strong administration skills* Strong numerical skills* Passionate about your work with a can-do attitude* Perfect command of the English language, both written and spoken.
