We are looking for a super prime customer relations manager to work with a leading and prestigious world class property developer based in central London. This is a hugely well respected property developer with an outstanding track record of delivering luxuryworld class residences and properties.A genuinely very sought after and unique opportunity to join a hugely respected team as a Customer Relations Manager, you will work in a small and very experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service to potential purchasers, residents and all stakeholders.The successful candidate will respond to any queries, get to know all potential residents, be solutions focused and have an attitude that nothing is too much trouble. The day will be very varied; you will be meeting with sales agents, showing people aroundsite, answering queries, dealing with snagging, liaising with surveyors and construction teams as well as liaising with interior designers and residents and overseeing small and large refurbishment projects.The person we are looking for must have experience working with ultra high net worth individuals and experience of working with property in a demanding excellence driven environment. The person should look to exceed the expectations of everyone that youcome into contact with and have impeccable attention to detail.
