Job Description

The Opportunity:Joining this CPaaS disruptor you’ll be the first hire into the Digital Success function.Be the brains and the brawn behind this exciting new function, driving tech-touch and digital success to the client portfolio.You will be responsible for creating and implementing the full tech touch strategy, supported by the Head of Customer Success, the wider CS team, also aligning with data, product, marketing and other internal departments to achieve commercial success forthe product line.As things progress, there is even opportunity that your tech-touch expertise will support new product lines and new strategic engagements!The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Partner Management.
  • Previous experience delivering a successful one to many / tech-touch CS approach.
  • A thinker and a do-er! You have the chance to build, from scratch and executive a full strategy!
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for customer retention and growth.
  • Expertise in the continual evolution and improvement of the customer journey
  • Proficiency with relevant technology. CRM’s, CSP’s or Community Platforms.
  • Experience of working within a consumption-based model solution or service. Every engagement matters!
  • A clear communicator who is able to work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders; marketing, product and development.
  • Start/Scale-up mentality, this is an incredibly fast-paced business, and you will need to be able to adapt to an evolving solution where processes and answers are still being formed.
  • Previous experience within Digital Marketing.
  • Experience within the B2B2C space, ideally in ecommerce.
The Package:
  • A base salary up to £55k plus bonus.
  • Remote working with a monthly team get together.
  • 25 Days holiday plus BH.
