Job Description

Are you looking to develop your career in project management in one of the world’s largest Research OrganisationsOur expanding Project Management Team are looking for a Senior Project Manager. Based in our Customer & Employee Experience Service Line, we work closely with our amazing research teams to deliver multi country, quantitative, high-quality research programmes. The Role:You’ll be responsible for a large tracking study; managing the end to end delivery of the programme, providing out client with continuous tacking date on the full portfolio of products within their business. You’ll lead on client meetings and be the main point of contact with clients for the countries you are managing, our operations team, suppliers and stakeholders. Working closely with the client service team, you’ll be involved with the setup of the programme ensure if runs efficiently to specification and budget. On a day to day basis, you’ll be:

  • Providing excellence in project direction and delivery. Accountable for the execution of the work and service they provide.
  • Ensuring regular update reports for your studies and are proactively looking for solutions that the updates are highlighting
  • Directing others in the application of advanced project management techniques and tools.
  • Implementing efficiencies and effective ways of working and implementing them across the project team
  • Overseeing the work of junior team members on the programme; ensure quality of outputs.
  • Demonstrating experience in reviewing research inputs, advising on amends, improvements and ensuring suitable from an operational/respondent perspective
  • Actively involved in "crisis" management, either internal or with clients, recommending alternative solutions
  • Providing regular financial performance updates to ensure project is delivered within budget constraints.
    • About you:You’ll be someone who has proven experience in a client facing project management role managing quantitative research projects. We are looking for people who can work under pressure and meet agreed timelines. You’ll need to have excellent attention to detail as you’ll be responsible for the quality and sign off on key documents. You’ll be dedicated and wants to take ownership of their projects to deliver as promised.
  • Strong organisational skills - demonstrate flexibility, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks in order to achieve team and business requirements
  • Be a positive thinker with a can do, solution-focused attitude
  • Confident managing budgets and finances of a project
