Job Description

We are very excited to be partnering with international drinks company based in West London on a Customer Demand Planner role, initially on a 6 month fixed-term contract, to support the supply chain team while the business undergoes SAP implementation.As a customer demand planner, you will collaborate very closely with a set of customers, and work towards driving improvements to service levels and forecast accuracy.Key responsibilities:

  • Build collaborative relationships with key customers and support cross-functional internal and external teams.
  • Take ownership of the end to end customer experience.
  • Create collaborative forecasts and plan for NPD, Promotions and Range Reviews.
  • Prepare summary reports, highlighting major risks and opportunities.
    • About you:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG environment.
  • Experience interacting and dealing with customers.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence to bring people together
