Curriculum Manager £40,285 -£40,540 per annum 37 hours per week 52 weeks per annum Witney Campus Permanent Do you have experience in SEND and are you looking for a challenging, yet rewarding position in a highly successful Oxfordshire College Abingdon & Witney College are looking to appoint an ambitious and highly motivated Curriculum Manager to help plan, co-ordinate, develop and manage our nationally recognised Pathways programmes. You will have: A proven track record and relevant experience of teaching and managing learners with a range of Special Educational Needs. Ability to relate to students and adults with a range of profound and complex learning disabilities and learners aspiring to develop skills and independence for adult and working life. Knowledge of up to date curriculum developments for learners with Educational Health and Care Plans. Excellent communication and organisational skills Experience of working with parents, staff and external agencies. Ability to co-ordinate an outstanding and comprehensive curriculum offer for all our learners. This role is pivotal in meeting our aim of enabling all young people who access our Pathways programmes to achieve their full potential.
