Job Description

The role: Location: Doesnt matter - you must be able to get to London when neededSalary: Youll likely be somewhere between £70,000 - £100,000 currentlyYou will lead our curriculum agenda and be responsible for designing an exceptional learner experience. You will ensure that the curricula of our existing and new courses meet the skills needs of our clients and help our learners build fantastic careers.Experience developing curriculum in Software Dev, Software Engineering, Data Engineering or Cloud would be advantageous.We have multiple learning solutions across:
  • Apprenticeships (Software Dev & Data Engineering)
  • Training (Bootcamp/Academy - Commercial)
  • Consultancy
Our Curriculum Directors will focus will be:1) Designing Education2) Launching & Improving Courses3) Sticking close to Learners and Employers - ensuring our curriculum exceeds expectations4) Representing Product & Curriculum on the group SMT - working closely with our Training Director5) Managing the budget when it comes to developing & procuring new curriculum6) Ensuring our curriculum meets the Ofsted outstanding standard.Your background:
  • Our Curriculum Director will have experience developing & implementing new product in a Technology Skills set, or similar.
  • Understanding of the Technology Training landscape - either Apprenticeships, Training or Consultancy
  • Growth mindset & willing to challenge the status quo
