Weve worked with a variety of A-list and up and coming talent too, such as Liam Gallagher, Skepta, Jorja Smith, Years& Years and Eddie Izzard, to name but a few. Whilst weve faced many challenges due to Covid-19, there are many new opportunities ahead. Indeed, due to a growing portfolio, we have a vastly increased need to develop and deliver activity that includes new products,initiatives and events, as well as continuing our well-respected volunteering activity at festivals. About the roleYour challenge will be to coordinate and deliver a portfolio that includes a range of initiatives, products, events and festival work. As wellas helping the team with project and campaign management, including setting up monitoring, metrics and success criteria, well look to you to undertake marketplace analysis too. This will enable us to better understand the charity sector and entertainmentand sports industries. It will also influence and inform plans for future team activities and strategy. Along the way, youll get to collaborate with teams across the whole of Shelter on the delivery of the portfolio to ensure its successful and that organisationalbuy in is achieved. And, when it comes to managing team volunteers - briefing, guiding and providing ongoing support - again, well count on you.We are happy to talk about flexible working, personal growth, and to promote a workplace where you can be yourselfand achieve success based only on your merit.About youTo succeed, youll need excellent communication and relationship building skills, a results-driven approach and extensive experience of working with in-house teams, as well as external suppliers such asvenues and agencies. Ideally, you also have a relevant background thats given you an in-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace and culture, entertainment and sports industries and the trends within them.
